Perfect HDMI cables for EndZone Camera Systems.
Our 18 ft., 27 ft. AND 37 ft. HDMI cables are a perfect match to the 18 ft. VPR18, 27 ft. VPR27 and JJC27 and the 37 ft. VPR37 and JJC 37 remote cables that are popular with EndZone Camera Systems.
A lot of HDMI Standard to Micro cables, (also known as HDMI Type-A to Type-D cables)
that are on the market today are not very well made.
The wire gauge in the HDMI cable is too thin for running longer lengths. Because
of the, the video signal can have signal loss or distortion.
The Micro HDMI connectors and the molded ends tend to be a problem, with the micro HDMI connector
pulling out of the molded end or bending out of place easily. This happens because they are using low grade micro HDMI connector, that do
not sit far enough back into the mold.
In addition, the plastic they use on the molded end is not the highest quality and tends to be soft.
Thus allowing the Micro HDMI connector to bend out of the mold.
So we made our own Custom HDMI cables.
By custom making our
own HDMI 18 ft, 27 ft. and 37 feet cables, we solved these problems with the micro HDMI connector end. Here's how:
First: The HDMI cables we are having made for us,
are made with a thicker gauge wire than other HDMI cable to prevent any problems with signal loss over the long lengths.
So you will have a clean video signal going to your monitor at 18feet,. 27 feet and 37 feet.
Second: Our HDMI video cables are fully shielded to protect from outside interference.
Third: The micro HDMI connector we are using has been custom made for us. We had the part of the micro HDMI
connector that sits in the molded end made longer so it can sit farther back into the molded end. This prevents the Micro HDMI
connector from bending or pulling out of the mold end.
Fourth: The plastic that is used for the molded ends is harder, thus, making it stronger to hold the micro HDMI connector in place.
Fifth: The molded connector on the Micro HDMI end, we had made the molded end slightly thicker. This gives more support to the
micro HDMI connector to keep if from bending out of place. See photo
below.
As you can see, we spent a lot of time solving the problems people
have told us about with the Micro HDMI connector end.
Note: Most of the newer Sony camcorders and cameras have a micro HDMI jack.
