STUDIO 1 PRODUCTIONS
ROYALTY FREE ANIMATIONS TERMS OF USE

1) This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license agreement between you and Studio 1 Productions.
The Royalty Free Animations (“Animations”) from Studio 1 Productions are protected by all applicable U.S. and International copyright laws. Each person or company that has purchased the animations from Studio 1 Productions is licensed for the unlimited royalty free use of within the terms of this agreement. Studio 1 Productions does NOT transfer to you the ownership or copyright to the animations. You are free to use the Animations within the terms of this agreement, but you do not acquire ownership of the Animations.

2) The Animations may be used by the purchaser or company within their own production, including film, video, DVD, educational, non-broadcast, broadcast, industrial, commercial or internet display.

3) The Animations may NOT be resold or transferred to any other person(s) or company.

4) Under any circumstances, NO Animations may be resold as an individual animation or as a whole package or as part of a Animation or media package. You may not sell, sublicense, loan, give or transfer any part of the Data or a copy thereof (except in accordance with the permitted use in a work created by you), to another person or company.

5) Duplication of these Animations in whole or in part is strictly prohibited and a violation of applicable laws and international copyright treaties.

6) TV stations and broadcasting companies may not supply any or all Animations to their affiliate stations, unless it is in a production they have created..

7) Any and/or All Animations contained in the package MAY NOT be used in way that is defamatory, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, disparaging, misleading, untruthful, misrepresentative and/or malicious. No Animations can be used in any pornographic production or in any pornographic manor.

8) The Animations may not be used, in part or in whole, as a trademark or service mark, nor may you claim any proprietary rights of any sort in the Animation, or any part thereof.

9) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio 1 Productions, Inc. and all of its officers, directors, employees and agents ("Those Indemnified") for ANY and ALL, costs, expenses, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses, (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) including attorneys' fees, incurred directly or indirectly by Those Indemnified in connection with the use and/or inability to use the Animations. The buyer hereby acknowledges that Those Indemnified does not warrant, guarantee or indemnify and/or assume any liability arising out of the use any and all Animations provided.

10) Studio 1 Productions makes no representation or warranty either express or implied including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular use, quality of the Animations, or compatibility with any computer hardware or other equipment, operating system or software program.

11) THE ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE no more than the amount paid for the Studio 1 Productions Animation package.

12) Studio 1 Productions Animations are provided "as is" and all sales are final. Defective disks will be replaced upon return of the original defective disk.  If you received a defective download, we will provide another download link.

What Is Your Refund Policy On Animations?
We have provided demos for the Animations online. There are NO refunds on Animations (or stock footage, stock photos, software, media, logos, graphics and music) since they can be copied to a hard drive and still used in a production after the masters have been returned. This is why we provide online demos. Defective items will items will be exchanged for the EXACT same item. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
