WMS-PRO System

The "all-time" best selling wireless microphone for videography. This versatile system consists of the WM-PRO belt-pack transmitter, 2 plug-in electret condenser microphones, a lavalier (EX-503) and handheld (EX-413), and the WR-PRO receiver, which comes with both shoe-mount and velcro.

The WMS-PRO system is for Professional videographers on a limited budget and video hobbyists. These 2-channel switchable VHF systems, allow you to switch to the other channel if one is being used, or is noisy.  Only 1 of the 2 channels can be used at a time. The range is more than 200 feet.  All receivers and transmitters in the "PRO" Series are on the same 2 frequencies (169.445MHz and 170.245MHz) and use the same circuitry, making them interchangeable, and allowing you to add to your system at any time.

WLX-PRO System

This is a lavalier wireless mic system.  It includes  the WM-PRO belt-pack transmitter, a lavalier (EX-503) and the WR-PRO receiver, which comes with both shoe-mount and velcro.  This is the same system as the above WMS-PRO, it just doesn't include the plug-in handheld mic.

The WLX-PRO system is for Professional videographers on a limited budget and video hobbyists. WDR-PRO Receiver Only

A VHF "true diversity" receiver, designed to you create quality audio, with less chance of dropouts.  The nature of RF signals is such that they bounce off walls or structures, creating "dead spots" or sudden loss of signal.  The WDR-PRO, with 2 selectable frequencies, 2 front-end receivers inside the case and 2 antennas, has been designed to overcome this inherent problem.  With both receivers are set to the same frequency, the WDR-PRO's circuitry selects the internal receiver with the stronger signal from the transmitter, resulting in a far less chance of dropouts.  The LED's on the WDR-PRO indicate which receiver has the stronger signal.

The WDR-PRO uses standard 9V alkaline batteries or an optional AC adapter.  The receiver also comes with a mini-to-mini plug cable.  The operating frequencies are 169.445 MHz and 170.245 MHz.

This is only a receiver, transmitters are sold separately.  They are listed down below.

WR22-PRO 2 Channel Receiver

A VHF "discrete" non-diversity receiver, the WR22-PRO allows you to use two wireless microphones simultaneously.  Unlike the WDR-PRO, each receiver inside the case is set to a different frequency, allowing you to record the sound from 2 wireless microphones at the same time.  On-board controls allow you to monitor the signals being received and to stop receiving from either microphone if you wish.  The WR22-PRO uses standard 9V alkaline batteries or an optional AC adapter.  The receiver also comes with a mini-to-mini plug cable.  The operating frequencies are 169.445 MHz and 170.245 MHz.

This is only a receiver, transmitters sold below.

WL/T-PRO Belt pack transmitter
(WM-PRO)

The WL/T-PRO comes with a electret condenser omni-directional lavalier microphone (EX-503).  This transmitter is 2 channel switchable and the operating frequencies are 169.445 MHz and 170.245 MHz.  Uses a 9 volt battery and has a built-in belt clip.

Note: This transmitters works with any of the above receivers are in the "PRO" series, i.e. WDR-PRO, WR22-PRO, etc.  and can be used as a replacement transmitter for the WMS-PRO or WLX-PRO.

WM/T-PRO
Handheld Microphone with built-in transmitter.

The transmitter is built into the handle of the microphone.  It  is 2 channel switchable and the operating frequencies are 169.445 MHz and 170.245 MHz.  Only 1 of the 2 channels can be used at a time.  There is a standby switch to mute the audio and it has a rubberized coating to reduce hand holding noises. Uses a "AA" battery.

Note: This transmitters works with any of the above receivers are in the "PRO" series, i.e. WDR-PRO, WR22-PRO, etc. receivers.

WXT-PRO Plug In Transmitter

This unique transmitter plugs into your favorite mics (any dynamic mic with a metal body and XLR connector) and converts it to a wireless microphone.  For use with all "PRO" series receivers.

Note: This transmitter is not switchable between frequencies.

200ULT UHF Wireless System

The 200ULT is a complete dual-channel wireless system that consists of the 200UPR receiver and two 10BT transmitters and 2 lapel mics model EX-503.

The new 200UPR receiver allows the use of two wireless transmitters at the same time. It features twin-antennas, a 3.5mm -64dbB 2-channel mic level output jack, two recessed On/Off switches, two Power On/ Signal Received LED and 2 sets of channel selectors to set the desired frequency for each receiver. Using crystal-control and PLL synthesis the 200UPR operates for better than 8 hours on 6 "AA" batteries. The receiver comes with a "hot-shoe" mount, a 2-channel 3.5mm to 3.5mm output cable and a 2-channel 3.5mm to twin XLR cable.

Also included are two 10BT body-pack transmitters supplied with Azden EX-503 omni-directional lapel microphones and metal belt-clips. In addition to the 3.5mm mic input jack the transmitter has a Power On switch with an associated LED a separate Standby switch for audio muting and a set of channel selector switches. The 10BT runs better than 8 hours on a single 9V battery.

100LT UHF Wireless System

The 100LT System consists of the 100UPR receiver and a 10BT transmitter and lapel mic. The new 100UPR receiver features twin-antennas a 3.5mm -58dbB balanced mic level output jack a 3.5mm monitor output jack (with level control) a recessed On/Off switch a Power On/ Signal Received LED and channel selectors to set the desired frequency. Using crystal-control and PLL synthesis the 100UPR operates for better than 8 hours on a single 9V battery. The receiver comes with a "hot-shoe" mount, hook-and-loop mounting tape and a 3.5mm to 3.5mm output cable (Azden's MX-1 3.5mm - to - XLR cable is optional - see below, item # MX1).

10HT Hand Held Microphone
With Built-in Transmitter

 

A UHF handheld microphone - the 10HT is designed to work seamlessly with the on-camera 100UPR receiver. The new mic features Azden’s special surface coating to reduce handling noise. Using an electret-condenser unidirectional element, the 10HT is designed with low-noise PLL circuitry to allow the user to select any one of 63 UHF channels to assure interference free reception in the 794-806MHz range.

The new microphone uses two commonly available alkaline “AA” batteries to operate for better than 8 hours. The 10HT is 230mm (9") long and 44mm (1.73") in diameter
