Studio 1's Mic Boom
Poles (also know as a fishpole) are built using strong, but
lightweight aerospace aluminum making them affordable for
videographers, news crews and filmmakers.
We know how important capturing good audio is. Sometimes you
need a lavalier mic, other times you can use a handheld mic, but
what about those times you don't want a microphone in the scene?
Then you need a boom mic so you to place the microphone overhead
and close to the person or persons talking so you can keep the
microphone out of the view of the camera.
The Studio 1 Mic Boompoles come with a standard 5/8"-27 threaded
end and a universal Mic Mounting Kit. This kit will allow you to
mount virtually any shotgun mic to the Mic Boom Pole. The
picture on the lower left shows a Azden SGM-2x shotgun mic
mounted on the boom pole using the Mic Mounting Kit.
The Microphone Boom Pole Features:
Extends from 32" to 105" or 152" depending on the model
You can set it for any length in between.
Either mic boom pole will collapse to only 32".
They have a standard 5/8"-27 threaded end for mounting your microphone
