The 7” TFT LCD color monitor (NTSC) features a modified cabinet with the industry standard 1/4" - 20 threaded mounting hole.
 
(Note: the unmodified version of this monitor does not have the 1/4-20 threaded mounting hole, which is necessary if you want to mount it to your video camera or other mounting devices. )

The 7" TFT LCD monitor has two built-in speakers and a built-in rechargeable Li-polymer battery which will allow you to run the monitor approx. 2.5-hours between charges.

It has 1440 x 234 resolution and can be switched between 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratio.  The audio and video connections are standard RCA jack.  The video connection is for a composite video input.

This monitor is great for allowing you to see a larger view of what you are video taping or for use with a jib arm or other devices where you can't see the viewfinder or LCD screen on the video camera.  While you can focus your video camera with this monitor, those who need fine critical focus may find this monitor lacking the high resolution that they may need.
