ROYALTY FREE ANIMATIONS
END USE LICENSE AGREEMENT
1) Upon purchasing any Studio 1 Productions Animations or content, the
end user must agree with the following usage permits and limitations.
2) All Studio 1 Productions animated graphics are royalty free and come
with unlimited usage as graphic backgrounds and elements within film or
video production or broadcasts. Alterations such as re-colorizing,
re-sizing, or re-mixing for any said productions, are all permitted for
unlimited usages within your production.
3) No animation may be resold as an individual animation or as part of
an animation package or stock footage package.
4) ALL animations contained on this disk MAY NOT be used in way that is
defamatory, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, disparaging, misleading,
untruthful, misrepresentative and/or malicious.
5) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio 1 Productions, Inc.
and all of its officers, directors, employees and agents ("Those
Indemnified") for ANY and ALL, costs, expenses, claims, losses, damages,
liabilities, claims, costs or expenses, including attorneys' fees,
incurred directly or indirectly by Those Indemnified in connection with
the use of the animations and/or stock footage.
6) Studio 1 Productions shall in no way be liable for any special,
indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss)
arising out of the use of or inability to use any clips in the Studio 1
Productions animation collection.
7) THE ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE no more than
the amount paid for the Studio 1 Productions animation package.
8) Studio 1 Productions animations are provided "as is".
COPYRIGHTS LIMITATIONS:
All Studio 1 Productions animated content is completely copyrighted
under the copyright laws of the United States and is limited to usage
within film or video production and broadcasts only. No duplication, or
re-distribution of any kind is permitted under the copyright laws
registered by the U.S. Government and other various state laws and
restrictions. The end user shall at no time make any form of duplication
of any Studio 1 Productions animated content.
All Studio 1 Productions graphic content is copyrighted against any
re-mixing or any usage for any form of duplication, re-production,
distribution or re-sale.

Since music, stock footage, software and animations can be copied to a
hard drive and still used in a production after the masters have been
returned, there are no refunds, we will do an exact exchange on any
